I was in Mwingi town in Kenya in the spring of 2018 when suddenly, I noticed a group of kids that looked unkempt and needy. From that moment, my heart was overwhelmed with compassion for them. I immediately sensed the Holy Spirit speak to me to help them in some version. After returning to the USA, I could not shake from my mind the images of these precious children scavenging for food from the waste bins. It is from this encounter that a new ministry, Kingdom Kids, was born. Today we are feeding these children lunch each day. We recently completed buying a piece of land in Mwingi, where we plan to build a Rehabilitation and Equipping Center for them. Setting up all the essential structures both, legal, administrative, and essential buildings, will take time. As the saying goes, Rome wasn't built in one day. Therefore, we will get this done at the speed of God and in His timing. Meanwhile, we will continue to feed them lunch, provide them with shoes, clothing, and other essential items as the Lord provides. Your ongoing prayer and support are needed to make this street kids' village in Mwingi a reality. Thank you for caring enough to share.
